Balance due upon accepted reservation application. If upon check-out the facility is left either unclean or damaged, a $50.00 fee or the actual cost, (whichever is greater), will be charged to your visa or appropriate action to collect the said cost will be taken. · Use of Whispering Pines R.V. Park is not allowed without an OFFICIAL PERMIT. Sign in, room keys and Permits will be at Elk River Lodge and General Store. Permits will be placed in the drivers side window of the R.V. while parked at the facility. · This may be revoked at any time for failure to adhere to any of the conditions of this agreement. or park rules. Signers of this agreement shall be responsible for compliance of their group with the conditions of this permit. This individual will be the contact person for park personnel during the group's stay at the camp. The Signer must also be available at the time of check-in and checkout.
CAMP RULES · Pets must be kept on a leash that is no more than 6 feet in length. Please pick up after your pets, you will be charged for their mess · No more than 2 pets without the permission of Management. · Camp fires and barbecue grills are permitted in designated areas only unless restrictions or bans are in place. · NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED. ∙ No camper will be permitted to drive on the premises without a valid drivers license.
CAMPER RESPONSIBILITIES · Campers must pay all fees that are in effect at the time of registration. · Campers are responsible for cleaning prior to departure. Facilities must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. · Campers will be held responsible for any damage or loss of camp equipment or property. · Campers will be responsible for bagging all trash and litter and placing it into the Whispering Pines small trash cans. · The park manager shall have the authority to restrict the use of any building, area, equipment, or facility when it is judged that such use may be detrimental to the health or safety of any camper, person, or to park property. · Campers must advise camp staff immediately of any accidents occurring to any member of their group and of any damages to park property.
Your payment in full is acknowledgement that the Camper has read, understand, and agree to comply with the rules, conditions, fees, and responsibilities pertaining to the use of this camp; and that the person(s) or organization in whose name the permit is issued will indemnify and hold harmless the Whispering Pines R.V. Park and its officers against all claims for damages, loss, or cost to persons or property suffered, or alleged to be suffered, in connection with the use of this camp. Please ensure that all group members are made aware of the above Whispering Pines R.V. Park Rules and Responsibilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION POLICY For RV spaces ∙ Since we receive so many requests for reservations we have a no refund policy. A full refund is available if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking your stay as long as it is one week prior to the date of your visit. If you cancel 30 days prior to your stay at the Lodge or R.V. Park you may request a refund in writing. (See refund policy below for details of deposit refunds). Depending on the time of year and event calendar for the area you may receive a partial refund at the sole discretion of management, please keep in mind the policy is a no refund policy.
No exceptions will be made to this cancellation policy. No refunds or credits for early departure.

REFUND of DEPOSIT:
REFUND POLICY ∙ If cancellation is received at least 30 days before arrival date – full refund; Between 21 and 29 days before arrival date – 75% of deposit will be refunded; Between 7 and 20 days before arrival date – 50% of deposit will be refunded; less than 7 days before arrival date – no refund.
